Refund policy

1. I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order at any time if I feel it is necessary (for example: due to safety concerns, unreasonable requests, or circumstances beyond my control). In such cases, any payments received for that order will be refunded as appropriate.

2. I want every order to be a great experience! If something goes wrong with your order that I can tell wasn’t your fault—or was out of your control—I’ll do my best to make it right. This may include offering a refund or another form of resolution.

Please note that refunds are ultimately at my discretion. However, if I determine that a refund is appropriate, I’m more than happy to issue one. Refunds are not available if an event is canceled.
